1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CALINEO website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By placing an order with CALINEO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Us

CALINEO produces handcrafted artisan chocolates, including made-to-order chocolates, wedding favours, event chocolates, and corporate gifts.

All products are made in small batches and often customised to order.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Items

All CALINEO products are made to order. Many items are bespoke or personalised, including flavour selection, quantities, packaging, and presentation.

As a result:

Products may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature.
Colours, finishes, and designs may differ slightly from images shown on our website.
This variation does not constitute a fault.

4. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

For wedding, event, or corporate orders, additional terms may be agreed separately.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

Orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once production has begun.
We cannot accept cancellations due to changes in personal circumstances or event plans.

Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
CALINEO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered.

We recommend arranging delivery well in advance for weddings and events.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations and the bespoke nature of our products:

Returns are not accepted.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

8. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products may contain allergens including (but not limited to) milk, nuts, gluten, soya, and egg.

Full ingredient and allergen information is provided with our products.
It is your responsibility to review this information before consumption or gifting.
CALINEO cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided.

10. Alcohol in Products

Some products contain alcohol.

These products are intended for adults only.
CALINEO is not responsible for consumption by minors once products are delivered.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the property of CALINEO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
